I created a database application that utilizes MySQL as the backend and MS Access as the front end. The tool enables a 1,000+ member association manage their complete membership data, while instantly providing access to this updated information online.

Designed an tabloid-sized direct mail brochure for the Academy's 2009 Mid Summer Family Medicine Digest.
Produced a simple website for Prevent Blindness North Carolina as part of an advocacy effort targeting state health policy makers.
This project also included a series of emails send to key NC legislators and decision makers.
Audax needed a better way to capture its client demographics data and speed input. Grabers created a series of Acrobat forms.
The form layouts were supplied, with Grabers simply building the form functionality into them.
Produced a 11x25 direct mail piece highlighting an upcoming educational conference. Piece was printed 4/4 and folded to 8.5 x 5.5.
Project allowed the association to match their current promotional budget, but upgrade the look and feel of the presentation.
A simple and straightforward 4/4 meeting brochure for the NCAFP. Printed 15K and direct mailed.

Produced a simple direct mailer brochure that was personalized to a small group of physicians.
Project utilized InDesign's basic automation tools. This included a custom imprinted registration form.
Postcard promoting online Continuing Medical Education (CME) program for the NCAFP.
Complete production and print management. 60K printed, 4/1.
The NCAFP wanted to upgrade its portable exhibit it uses during its various meetings and events. I created a simple sign that was printed at a local sign shop. It was then incorporate with other simple signage for display purposes.
This was a very low-budget project that took less than a week to complete. After return, I had the main image trimmed so it fit better.
I was really pleas with how the sign came out. I had shot the photo a couple of year's previous and have always liked it.
I plan on incorporating other pieces to this in the future.
This project was a 2-color piece I completed for NCAFP. The only difference between this piece and a standard tabloid publication was its one-page foldout.
This made the template size 25.5 x 11, with a tabloid insert.
